An Authorized Sales Agency Partner is engaged as an independent contractor to market and sell RDR's onboarded Merchant Packages and to recruit and lead their own Sales Team. Applicants must meet every criterion below before an Agreement is approved and brand allocation is granted.

Filipino citizen, of legal age (18+)
Operating under a registered trade name stated on the registration form
Responsible for own tax registration, filing, and payment on commissions earned
No conflicting engagement with a competing brokerage or merchant
Demonstrated sales or marketing experience with the ability to close
An existing network or market reach to source clients
Capacity to recruit, organize, and manage a Sales Team
Own device, internet access, and a reliable means to meet clients
Complete the 4-week ramp: client acquisition, basic & deep profiling, closing, and product knowledge
Finish training and shadowing before any independent client meeting
Pass the SRP policy module and commit to the approved offer range
Attend the mandatory weekly check-in on an ongoing basis
Sell only Allocated Brands assigned in writing — no outside products or cross-selling without prior written approval
Quote strictly within the approved SRP range (lowest–highest); no top-ups
Log every lead in the RDR Excel sheet before outreach
Uphold RDR brand standards, confidentiality, and data-privacy obligations
Accountable for the conduct of every Sales Team member

Complete onboarding to activate selling authority
Misrepresenting offers or pricing, selling outside Allocated Brands, off-system leads, sharing or exporting client data, or any breach of the Agreement, brand standards, or applicable law.
