Please note: the commission pool percentage may vary depending on the brand we sell.
For RDR Business Solutions Inc., the commission pool is 10%. All examples below use a
10% pool for illustration.
1Roles & Responsibilities
Agent Responsibility
The Agent is the front line of the RDR sales process and is responsible for:
Finding and generating qualified leads
Presenting RDR offers accurately and professionally
Following up with prospects through the sales cycle
Helping close deals
Submitting complete and accurate client information
Partner Agency Responsibility
The Partner Agency builds and governs its sales team and is responsible for:
Recruiting agents into the program
Training agents on RDR products, pricing, and process
Managing and monitoring agent activity and performance
Ensuring all agents follow RDR Global's sales process, pricing, and brand guidelines
2Accountability Clause
The Partner Agency is accountable for the actions and behavior of all agents under its team.
Any unauthorized promise, incorrect pricing, or misuse of the RDR brand may result in suspension,
commission forfeiture, or termination of the partnership.

3Commission Structure
The program uses a 70% Agent / 30% Agency split on the approved
commission pool. This commission-pool basis protects company margin while keeping the offer attractive
and performance-driven.
